FAQs
-
Pilates is a form of exercise that strengthens and lengthens the body. You build your stabilizer muscles — especially your core — and improve your posture, so you move stronger in everyday life.
-
Nope — we provide everything you need. Just bring sneakers for STRONG or STRONGER classes, and socks for Pilates classes.
-
Yes — new to Pilates or new to kettlebells? Start with our PILATES REFORMED: FUNDAMENTALS or STRONG FUNDAMENTALS class.
-
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. Spots open up automatically starting 12 hours before class if you have a payment option on file, so remove yourself from the waitlist if you’re no longer interested. If you don’t get in, you’ll receive a pass to use for a future class.
-
We ask for 12 hours’ notice to cancel or move a class, so we can open your spot for someone else in the community. Late cancellations incur a fee of $8 and no-shows incur a fee of $10, and your class is lost in both cases. If you’re running late, we can’t admit you more than 5 minutes after class starts.
-
Yes — several of our instructors offer private sessions at their own rates. Check our Private Sessions page for more details..
-
We have a 5-minute lateness policy — the warm-up is essential for injury prevention and for respecting the rest of the class. Arriving after that window counts as a no-show, which means a $10 fee in addition to losing the class.
